What is counselling / Why you need counselling?

A person/anyone goes to counselling if there is a serious problem that is affecting self/ family/ society or others frequently. If there are childhood/ past traumas or sudden shock that have severely affected the adulthood mainly emotional. Or for many, if there are some relationships (problems) that need to be fixed. Generally counselling is an exercise that frees the mind/ soul into who we really are after an intense examination of self with the help of a counsellor.

Being aware of and having the ability to think and feel emotions with clarity and understanding is part and bundle of being human. So there is scope for the way we think to become a problem and to affect our emotions surely. Thanks to the science and technology we now have a clearer understanding of the human brain and are able to look at these issues/ problems in a different way. Nowadays the art of talking therapies (discussions) such as counselling are used to help people come to perfect terms with problems they are facing, with an ultimate objective of overcoming/ resolving them.

As humans are tightly bounded spiritually, emotionally, physically, energetically and all other categories (unknown); Mostly emotional problems affects spiritually and mentally. Then affects physically very quickly. Then energy pattern changes and affects in all the other ways.

You need counselling when;

  • You are in trouble & the deeper than you think (over thinking sometimes fear)
  • You need to experience therapy/ discussions at least once in your life. (Can learn and support)
  • It’s always healthy to let them all out. (Express fully without hiding any matter)
  • You will learn to deal with problems (self) on your own.
